Behavioral Technical

The HR handling was irresponsible, given I clearly stated my salary limits. They proceeded with interviews and then offered a job with a base salary 15% below my minimum acceptance. They tried to pitch other benefits, but I wouldn't go through another interview process with them. It was a waste of time since we couldn't reach an agreement. They also recently had layoffs. HR's capabilities and communication skills are about a 4/10, but maybe that's expected in Greece.
