Waitress
It was pretty easy, the whole thing took about 10 minutes. They asked some basic stuff about my experience and what I was looking for in terms of hours. Also asked if I was a student and if I could work holidays like Christmas and New Year's.
- What are your desired working hours?
- What hours are you looking for?
Waitress
it was easy going and not too intense, pretty standard for any hospitality job. The staff are nice and there's a good culture in the company. Mike was quite informal but still professional.
- Do you have prior experience in the hospitality industry?
Chef
It was a quick interview, and I got the offer right then and there. They didn't ask much, just offered me a role that was a step up from my previous kitchen experience, which was either because I was overqualified or they were really short-staffed.
- Can you describe how you manage in high-pressure, fast-moving situations?
