It was a standard assessment day, with an online video interview and then an assessment centre. The assessment centre had a one-to-one interview lasting about 30 minutes, plus several group tasks designed to check communication and teamwork skills. The atmosphere was pretty relaxed. Overall, it was fine.

You were asked to provide a business plan for the site and demonstrate a solid understanding of your current P&L. After a week, you met with the area manager to present all this information, and if successful, you would proceed to a second interview with the GM and RBM for a job offer.
