I was sat at the side of the restaurant. They asked me my age and if I'm flexible to work different hours to cover overtime, Christmas Day etc. They had a folder with 3 pages of A4 paper which they went through, asking questions and after my answers, they replied how that fits in with the job. After the questions, they described the uniform and how tips were shared etc.
