First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mission Rock Residential.
Service Manager
The process was smooth and allowed me to be confident and at ease. I got a call from Recruiting after we set a convenient time. Less than a week later, the property manager called to set up an on-site interview, and we were able to do it the same day. The interview went well and I was comfortable with how it was run. I was pleased that they didn't ask cliche or "trick" questions, but instead asked questions specific to the position.
- Regarding our in-house upgrades (specific upgrades listed), do you have the comfort level and experience to manage and complete this type of work efficiently?
Maintenance Manager
I interviewed on property with the regional manager. This property was changing owners, and the management had also changed. Our staying on with Mission Rock was mainly because of our tenure with the property and the previous management company. I've been here for about 10 years, and so has the other maintenance tech. Once we agreed on the terms, we were happy to stay on with Mission Rock as the new management company and join the new team.
- There were many questions asked.
Service Manager
It was a smooth and straightforward interview process. I started with a one-on-one meeting with a VP, followed by an online interview. Then, I had another interview in Arizona with VPs and the President. After that, there was a follow-up phone call. I also completed two online tests, provided some general information, and underwent a background check, reference check, and a drug test.
- What are your expectations of the company?
