It started with a recruiter phone call where we went over my work history. After that, I had two or three video interviews with managers, one of whom is now my manager. All of these were online. The interviewers were nice and I didn't feel anxious talking with them. They got back to me pretty fast between stages.

I spoke with the recruiter for about 7 minutes. She seemed annoyed when I asked her questions about the job, which I found weird since she didn’t explain the role much better than the job posting. A week later, I got an email saying my resume wasn’t chosen to move forward to the hiring manager. It felt like a total waste of time, especially since they advertise “competitive wages” without listing a range.

Mission Lane truly made the hiring process a fantastic experience from start to finish. I began by submitting a brief online application and uploading my CV/Cover Letter. It was great that I didn't have to re-enter all my resume details, as just the upload was sufficient. This streamlined and quick process continued as I heard back from the recruiter within a couple of business days, and we conducted a phone interview right then. The subsequent week involved a more in-depth interview via Google Meet with the hiring manager, department manager, and my team manager. Feeling confident after these interviews, I received a job offer just two days later. I started work three weeks after accepting the offer. The onboarding and training were also excellent, reflecting a company that seems to understand employee needs, especially in the current COVID environment. I'd definitely recommend Mission Lane to anyone seeking a company that genuinely values its employees, offering well-above-average wages, great benefits, and immediate paid time off. It's a rewarding experience to finally join a company I'm passionate about.
