So, basically I didn't even get an interview for this job. The hospital didn't bother to show up for our scheduled Zoom meeting. I emailed HR about it, and they just said they were 'working on it' and would let me know soon. After a few days of emails between departments with no real answers, I got an apology email 12 days later. They called it an 'unintended oversight' and apologized, but only after I'd already received a rejection letter for the position.

It was a typical process. I met with the hiring manager, then was introduced to the staff and got a tour of the facility. They asked me questions about my previous employers, my experiences, my strengths and weaknesses. They also asked some personal questions about hobbies and activities I like outside of work.

I applied for a per diem RN position in the Hem/Onc clinic. The recruiter contacted me promptly and scheduled an interview. Unfortunately, during the first scheduled interview, I waited for 30 minutes without the hiring manager appearing. After contacting the recruiter, without any apology or explanation, I was sent a link to reschedule. At the second scheduled interview, I again waited for 30 minutes, and once more, no one showed up. It's baffling that they need nurses but don't seem to prioritize showing up for interviews. The recruiter offered no apology or reason for this complete waste of my time. It's highly unprofessional, especially for an organization that emphasizes its professionalism.

The interview process involved significant delays and prolonged waiting times. There was a substantial amount of email exchange for remote HR onboarding, and salary negotiations also took a considerable amount of time. The HR onboarding team was located internationally, which contributed to slow email and phone call responses.
