The process starts with 1-2 technical interviews, possibly involving Python coding challenges, data analysis, stats, ML concepts, or system design for data engineers (like ETL pipelines, GCP tools). Be ready for questions about your previous projects, hypothesis testing, and using the STAR method for problem-solving. There might also be aptitude tests or 'Just A Minute' sessions. The final part usually involves a panel or behavioral interview with managers to gauge your teamwork, Agile experience, communication abilities, and understanding of the company. This whole thing usually takes about 1-4 weeks and is considered moderately tough. Offers come after you pass these stages. Make sure to brush up on CS basics and tools like SQL or cloud tech that are relevant to the role.

So I went through 3 rounds for the Business Development Executive role. First was a group discussion about AI and current trends. Then I had an aptitude and skill-based assessment. The last round was a mix of technical and HR questions. I got the job after passing all three. It was a good experience that really tested my communication and analytical skills.

First, you have a phone interview with HR to confirm details, then you speak with a sales director. This is followed by a face-to-face lunch where you get to choose the restaurant. After getting an offer letter, you need to complete a drug test. Once that's cleared, there's a personality test, and your job offer is no longer guaranteed. If you pass, you're left to your own devices to get your test results and they won't contact you. You'll have to chase them for updates, and if you get through, they'll say it's an upper management issue. Then, a week after your start date, they'll tell you you're too eager and not the right fit.
