Technical Coding Behavioral

So at Miracle Software Systems, for a walk-in interview for SDE roles, it's kind of structured but chill. First up, there's a written test, basically a coding round where they check your programming basics. You'll probably get a few coding problems, not too hard, in languages like C, C++, Java, or Python. They wanna see if you can think logically and write code that works, usually takes about 30-60 mins, either on paper or online. If you pass that, you go for a technical interview, which they say is easy. Here, they'll ask about your programming knowledge, what's on your resume, maybe go over your written test answers, or ask you to code something simple on the spot like reversing a string or explaining OOP stuff like inheritance. They might also chat about your projects. It's pretty relaxed, just to see if you're clear and confident. Finally, there's the HR interview, which is super comfortable. It's more of a chat about you, how you communicate, and if you'd fit in. Expect the usual 'Tell me about yourself,' 'Why us?' and questions about shifts or moving. They'll probably also talk salary, the job details, and company rules. It’s designed to be supportive, just making sure you're on the same page with the company culture.

Technical Behavioral System Design Case Presentation

First, we review applications and resumes to see if you're a good fit. Then, we move to a technical interview with questions, problem-solving, and tests. After that, there's a behavioral interview to check out your people skills and how you work in a team. For senior folks, we do a system design interview where you'll design solutions for tough problems. We also look at case studies or work samples to see your projects. Then we check for cultural fit to see if you align with our values. The last step is a final interview with senior management or execs, followed by references, and then the job offer with compensation.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • What are distributed systems and why are they important?
  • How would you go about fixing network connection issues between servers?
  • What's the difference between physical and virtual servers?
