Account Manager
It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with a phone screener, then I had an interview with my future manager, and the final round involved presenting an analysis to a panel. That panel interview was about an hour long.
- Can you share an instance where you creatively upsold a client or changed their initial buy-in?
Account Manager
First, you'll have an HR interview to chat with the recruiter about the role. Then, you'll meet with the Team Lead for an interview where you'll talk with different department heads to check your competency. After that, there's an Assignment (Case Study) where you get 48 Hours to whip up a case study and make a presentation for a mock client. Finally, you'll have a Manager Interview to meet with the actual manager for your region.
- What's your strategy for increasing business with a client?
Account Manager
My recruiter Pamela was great and made sure my process was smooth. She introduced me to MiQ's "Learning Labs", which were super helpful. They let me network and really get what MiQ is about - their culture, mission, and purpose.
- Could you complete a mock assessment where you had to synthesize data?
- Were you able to create a slide deck with the synthesized data?
- Did you present the data with a panel?
