After I applied online, I got a message asking to set up an in-person interview. It was pretty relaxed. They showed me the print room and explained what the work would be like, what they expect from me, and the responsibilities I would have. I had a few standard questions like why I want to work there, my education/work experience, strengths/weaknesses, etc.

Had a great first phone chat because of my experience in a similar role. They said they'd call back to set up a proper interview, but then they just ghosted me.

The interview process was smooth, and the people were kind and respectful. I'm not sure if the culture at this particular location has changed, but at the time it was great. It wasn't the right fit for me, but I would recommend it.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty straightforward and professional. They showed me around the place and explained the job duties really well. Even though I didn't get the job, the owner was nice enough to email me afterwards saying he liked my qualifications and how I presented myself. I emailed him back saying how rare that is these days and that I appreciated his time, like they used to do interviews back in the day.

  • Can you tell me about your experience at a competitor's store and how it applies to what we need for a Reprographics Operator?
