I went to the store and chatted with the owner and regional manager. They asked me about my background in print, design, and customer service. It was a chill chat, lasted about 15 minutes.

The interview was quick and not very thorough. It was short, but I wasn't hired this time. Maybe it was because I didn't get a chance to explain myself. It was alright, but I wish I had gotten the job. Maybe next time, I hope.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was amazing. I had a first interview over the phone and then a second interview in person. They asked a lot of questions and I got to ask them questions too, and they gave me a tour of the office. They mentioned they would let me know about the job offer the Monday before the long weekend, but they never contacted me. I followed up via email, and still no response. It felt very unprofessional to be told I'd hear back about the job and then have weeks go by without any communication. At the very least, I wish they would have contacted me to let me know either way so I wasn't left waiting.

Behavioral Presentation

I was flown out to New York and met with a senior executive. They then introduced me to several franchise owners. Many of these owners were older and really knew their stuff about running the business and making the most profit. Most of them actually worked in the store and explained the startup process and how the profit sharing works.
