It was a standard, two-stage interview process. First, I spoke with the recruitment manager, and then I had a session with two project analysts, one from the New York office and another from Boston. The whole thing took about 45 minutes and consisted of two separate rounds of interviews.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a thoughtful process, as much about getting to know them as it was for them to get to know me. I talked with a senior attorney, a mid-level attorney, and two people who are currently analysts.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was with two Project Analysts and it lasted about 25 minutes. They asked me about my experience on my resume and asked behavioral questions like how I work in a team, how I deal with someone not pulling their weight, and in what ways I'm a leader. They also asked why I'm interested in Mintz Levin. They didn't ask me to introduce myself, they just jumped into specific questions about my experience. There was time for questions at the end.
