So first, there was a screening interview with the MD in DC. They want to know your resume and be able to connect your past experience with the skills needed for this job. Also, about your research/languages. Then, another interview after this. They have competition so really show your willingness to succeed on the role.

The interview process begins with a one-hour written test. You'll need to summarize findings provided by the company concisely, accurately, and presentably. No outside research is needed. This test is crucial because good writing is essential for the job. After the test, there are several rounds of interviews with different senior managers at the office. I interviewed before COVID and finished in one day, but now it's mostly via Zoom and can take weeks or even over a month to complete. Oddly, there's no salary discussion for entry-level roles during the interviews.
