Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process involved a two-hour discussion with a director and the chief people officer. We talked about my career history, my methodology for conducting investigations, and specific cases I've managed. Following this, there was a 45-minute case study where I had to read and analyze an intelligence brief, and then present my findings to the 'client'.
