Had an initial phone interview that was about 30mins. Then had an in person interview which also included a writing test, and that whole thing took about an hour. After that, there was a follow up phone interview for about 30mins. I spoke with a few different managers throughout the process.
- Can you share details about your previous experience?
- What are your writing abilities?
- How are your research capabilities?
Researcher
The interviewers seemed really good. They asked me what I knew about the company and my grasp of the role I was applying for. They also asked about salary expectations. It was a good experience overall. After that, I got to ask my questions. I asked about the work culture there.

- What is your understanding of our company?
- Tell me about your understanding of the role.
Analyst
The interview process involved a two-hour discussion with a director and the chief people officer. Following this, there was a 45-minute case study where I had to read and analyze an intelligence brief, and then present my findings to the 'client'.
