First there was a telephone screen with the hiring manager, not HR. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager and two or three other managers. They had me sit at the desk of someone in the same role I was interviewing for, so I could really see the job I was getting into.

The interview process started normally with an initial phone interview. Then I had an in-person interview with 3-4 people. After that, I came back for a sit day where I shadowed a recruiter. I always felt confident after my interviews, especially after the last one because they basically told me I was going to get an offer as I was leaving my sit day. However, after that, they went completely silent. I understand there might be other candidates who were a better fit, and the actual interview process was just fine. But, being told I basically got the position and then not even getting a rejection email is why I'm leaving a negative review. It was completely unprofessional, and that's unfortunately my view of the whole company now.

I went through all 3 interviews and even shadowed. They mentioned they'd get back to me by the next Thursday or Friday. Since I didn't hear from them, I reached out and was told they were swamped with their Thanksgiving dinner and would update me the following Monday or Tuesday. I still haven't heard back. I've been calling, but everyone's always 'busy.' It's really unprofessional not to even get a call to know if I got the job.
