The phone interview was pretty standard, and the in-person interview felt like they were just going through the motions. Just a heads up: it's basically a glorified call center. They expect you to make 80-100 calls a day. The starting salary is $35K in Miami, FL! They act like you're making way more than that. You're told that's the salary and it won't change for over a year. If you don't recruit physicians, they'll fire you, and they're known for having high turnover. So be careful about the job and don't just believe all the good reviews from current employees who are basically told to write them.

HR reached out to me to discuss the role and its benefits. After our initial chat, I was invited for an in-person interview. I met with HR, the VP, and some other recruiters. Then, I came back for a final round where I shadowed and met the company President. They were very open and encouraged questions about the job and their hiring process.

The interview process started normally with an initial phone interview. Then I had an in-person interview with 3-4 people. After that, I came back for a sit day where I shadowed a recruiter. I always felt confident after my interviews, especially after the last one because they basically told me I was going to get an offer as I was leaving my sit day. However, after that, they went completely silent. I understand there might be other candidates who were a better fit, and the actual interview process was just fine. But, being told I basically got the position and then not even getting a rejection email is why I'm leaving a negative review. It was completely unprofessional, and that's unfortunately my view of the whole company now.
