The interview had a few parts. First, I had to write a short essay about a tricky topic, like the boundaries of intimacy between teachers and students. Then, I gave a 5-minute presentation showing how I'd teach a lesson. During the presentation, the interviewers pretended to be difficult students trying to throw me off, like asking 'teacher why do we need to listen to you when our exams are next week?'. Finally, we had a more standard interview where they asked some usual questions and discussed my essay answers.

First, there was a writing test, then I met with a panel of 5 people. I had to do a lesson before they asked me interview questions. I don't remember any questions about the syllabus. The panel was nice. I think it lasted about 20 minutes.
