I applied online. It took 6 months for my application to be reviewed and for them to contact me. I had two interviews: one with the HR manager, and then another with the district manager. After that, they contacted me with an offer. They tried to make the offer sound really great because of the opportunities to grow in the company, but the base offer was still below average.
