Miniso Sales Associate Interview Questions
& Process

I got a call about 1 to 2 weeks after I sent in my resume. The ASM texted me first to see if I was free for an interview before they called me on the phone. They asked some easy questions about my experiences, my sales background, how I solve problems, why I wanted to work at this particular store, and what my schedule looked like. After the interview, they mentioned I'd hear back about the results the beginning of the next week, but I didn't hear anything until the end of that week. The day I found out I got the job, they called and asked if I could start right away, which I couldn't. I had to wait until after my first week was over to get the official paperwork.

So I had this interview that was supposed to be a group thing but nobody else showed up, so it ended up being just me and the general manager. It lasted about 50 minutes, and she asked a bunch of questions that were actually relevant to the job and pretty easy for me to answer. She was really professional and nice, so I felt pretty comfortable. After the interview, she mentioned she'd be interviewing others and would get back to me if it was a good fit. Even better, she called me just four days later with a job offer!

Applied online and heard back from HR about 1-2 weeks later to set up an interview. The manager was really friendly and approachable, making me feel at ease. She asked a few straightforward questions, mostly about customer service. On my way home from the interview, the manager called and offered me the job. Because they're growing fast, they're eager to hire, so just being genuinely friendly will likely get you the job.
