Marketing Assistant
Applied online via Indeed. Was contacted by someone from the department, not HR. The initial phone screen went well and led to an in-person interview at their HQ in Pasadena. During the onsite, they mainly discussed the role's day-to-day responsibilities and provided company background. They expressed enthusiasm about my experience and highlighted the company's rapid growth, suggesting significant opportunities for advancement. It felt like they were very close to making an offer. I was informed they were still interviewing other candidates and expected to hear back within two weeks. I sent a thank-you email and a follow-up a week later, but haven't received a response. They don't send rejection emails.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- In what ways does your background align with the requirements of this position?
- Are you fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese?
Marketing Executive
The overall interview process was okay. There were a total of two rounds. The first interviewer was an HR representative from Malaysia. The second interviewer was from China and was a director who might be your supervisor. The HR person was nice and made some remarks before the interview.
- Can you share your experience with managing events?
