the hiring process so long, it took to get onboard more than 3 months. started with friendly first round meeting with the recruiter, and then after 2 weeks or so, the second interview, will be the technical interview and has a home work test. then after review the task. you need to meet the manger. then lastly you need to meet your team and get to know them. and then you get the offer. each step might take from week to 2 weeks.

So I got contacted by the recruiter, then had a phone call and a first interview with the manager. After that, they gave me a full stack project to complete within 4 days. I really put a lot of effort into it, adding unit tests and some edge case logic for the API. I sent it in, but then they just ghosted me. No feedback, no rejection, nothing. It's pretty rude and unprofessional to not even say if I passed or failed, especially after I got to that stage. And the deadline was Monday to Friday, no weekend break.

I had two interviews with a senior developer and the CIO. The senior developer really dug into my technical skills, while the CIO focused on my vision, goals, and personal life experiences. It was a really relaxed interview; the interviewers were super easy-going and friendly. It felt more like chatting with a friend at a bar than a formal interview.
