First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mindvalley.
Product Marketing Specialist
so initially i was told there were only 2 interviews and after the second one, where we talked about my future responsibilities and compensation, i was offered a job. but then they came back and said there would be a final interview. after that final interview, i waited 3 weeks, even reaching out myself, before they contacted me to say there was yet another interview. i found this whole thing to be pretty unprofessional.

Product Marketing Specialist
So the first time I talked to a recruiter, and they asked me about culture fit stuff. Then I had a functional interview for the first role but didn't make it. Then they invited me to apply for another role (Email Marketing Manager), which I did. After applying, I had a functional interview with the person in charge of Email and Comms. They did most of the talking, explaining the job, and surprisingly didn't ask me anything about my email marketing skills. After that, I had the final interview with the CPO, where we talked about motivations, remote work, and past experiences. I'm hoping for the background check and offer next.

Product Marketing Specialist
I applied online for a Product Marketing Specialist role at HQ in Kuala Lumpur and was also referred by someone. After submitting my application and cover letter, HR contacted me quickly to set up the first interview, focusing on values and company fit. Following that, I received an email for a second interview with the hiring manager. The whole process was really fast, about a week. The only downside was not getting feedback after the second interview when I asked, assuming I might need more experience for the role. But generally, everyone involved was very nice and responded quickly, which was great.
