The hiring process was very comfortable and accommodating. I had a wonderful experience meeting with the CEO, who was very down-to-earth and knowledgeable. The work-life balance at the company seemed pretty good.

The interview process was pretty smooth and clear. Communication was great throughout, before, between, and after the interviews. Everyone I met was friendly, well prepared, and did a good job of giving me context and background about the role. The atmosphere, environment, and people were all great.

2 weeks after I submitted my resume and cover letter, I received an email invitation for an interview. The questions were okay, but some were repetitive. The interviewer's nonverbals were unprofessional – maybe a more senior person should conduct the interview. The interviewer kindly explained the recruitment process.
