It was an interesting interview. I would like to work for them. Not certain how much the pay is, but interesting work for sure. Hope to hear soon! It seems like it might be fun but sometime you think it might be nice but then it isn't...

The interview process was going fine until I had to talk to a team manager. There was no email update, and the person I was speaking with seemed to have limited interviewing experience. Some questions touched on personal life, which I answered, but I don't think they were appropriate. I can't judge the whole company based on one person, but she gave a bad impression of Mindvalley. She didn't speak English well, and I got the feeling she didn't want me there even before we talked. Overall, I don't recommend applying for the Customer Service Desk position there. I was a bit disappointed because the reality is quite different from what's on their website. What I read online (negative reviews) seems to be true. I'm not saying don't apply, but the company doesn't even follow its own guidelines.

I had 3 Skype interviews. First with the Recruiter, then the Director of the Team, and finally Vishen. Each interview was different, focusing on various aspects and asking distinct questions. It was a good way to learn about the people I might work with and the company's culture.
