The interview process started with an assessment where I had to develop an API framework. This was followed by a tech interview with an architect. The final round was a tech interview with the manager. Honestly, you'll never meet the expectations of the manager who takes the last round. They never seem satisfied with any solution and constantly point out problems. I applied twice to Mindtickle, and both times the manager really messed up my interview. They have extremely high expectations for an SDET role but don't even offer good salaries for it. It's a complete waste of time; the QA manager doesn't seem to want to hire anyone and actually enjoys humiliating candidates.

I had a terrible interview experience. The interviewers were not listening to me. One interviewer was shouting and putting pressure on me, which caused me to make a mistake. The code did not run, and instead of getting help, he yelled at me, questioning how I got so far. His behavior was unbearable, and I had to leave the interview, especially with my daughter present. It seems this company doesn't train its interviewers, and their process is egoistic and disrespectful. The recruiter offered to reschedule, but I decided against working with such a company due to the lack of mutual respect.

I applied online and got a call from HR within a few days. After discussing salary, notice period, and basic info, the first round was with the QA Lead. If you pass that, the second round is with the QA TPM. Clearing that leads to the final round with the VP of Engineering. I really appreciated the professionalism throughout the process and enjoyed each interview.
