Software Developer
The interview process was good and questions were based on the language you are interviewing for. Keeping the basics ready is all that's required. You'll get interview results on the same day. However, the management is worse. I already mentioned I was holding an offer and proceeded with the interview only after HR agreed to pay more than my current offer. But after clearing 2 rounds, in the HR round, they refused to pay me. I was ready to accept even if they matched the offer, but they couldn't afford that. I was asked to justify why I deserved that much. Wasted my time.
- Questions about base C++ classes and constructors.
Senior Software Engineer
It was a pretty straightforward process. Started with a phone call, then a client discussion since it was for a specific project. After that, there was a managerial interview, and then the HR round. Everything wrapped up in less than a month.
- Tell me about the basics.
- Show me some coding skills.
- How do you assess your theoretical knowledge?
Software Engineer
The process had three rounds in total. The first was a telephonic technical interview, followed by an in-person technical interview. The final round was with HR to discuss negotiations and notice period. The interviews focused on basic concepts, communication skills, oops, jquery, and your strengths and weaknesses. Be prepared to negotiate well, all the best!
- Can you describe the architecture code flow?
- How do JQuery selectors work?
- What do you know about AJAX?
