Behavioral Technical

I want to share my interview experience at Mindteck. The HR team (Anusha ma’am and Saudamini ma’am) were nice, but my first impression of the company wasn't great. The security staff at the front desk were unprofessional and unwelcoming. His attitude felt cold and arrogant, which gave me a bad first impression before the interview even started. Inside, I was asked to introduce myself, but the interviewer was distracted by Teams and phone calls. She even missed that I had finished talking and moved on abruptly. I've had many interviews elsewhere, and most had a professional vibe. I didn't feel that same professionalism at Mindteck.

Behavioral Case

The interview process involved several stages. It began with a recruiter call, followed by a phone screen. Then there was a technical screen, which tested my sales knowledge and skills. After that, I had an onsite interview, where I likely met with the team and discussed my experience in more detail. Finally, if all went well, an offer would be extended.

I have cleared all the rounds of interview and completed a very big 1 page newsletter task development and they informed me that my performance was highly positive. However, when I contacted the HR department expressing my willingness to work, they mentioned that the position was on hold due to information received from foreign counterparts. I feel the Interview process not transparent, playing with the emotion of candidate. Advice to Management: Consider providing more frequent updates to candidates about the status of positions, particularly when there are delays or changes in hiring plans. This transparency can enhance the candidate experience and maintain goodwill even in uncertain circumstances. If there is no plan to hiring why the management providing this much big task,
