Information Systems Security Officer
I applied online and then followed up because I didn't hear back. The interview process was excellent, starting with Patty D., a recruiter. Because of COVID-19, all interviews were conducted over the phone or video chat. The first round was about a 30-minute phone screening with the recruiter. The second round was an hour-long technical interview with the hiring manager over the phone. The third round was an hour-long technical and behavioral interview with the hiring manager via video chat. Patty D. was very communicative and kept me informed throughout. Overall, it was a great experience, and I accepted their offer right away.

Customer Success Manager
I had two phone interviews that were at progressive levels. It was a comfortable, conversational format. The interviewers gave me a lot of information to help me decide if this was the right company for me, and they also asked a lot of questions to make sure I was a good fit for them. They made a quick decision and gave me an offer. The team was very engaged with me before my start date, ensuring I had everything I needed. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it!

Consultant
The whole thing took about two weeks and was all remote 'cause of COVID. It kicked off with a quick chat with a Recruiter, then a one-on-one phone call with the Project Manager. After that, there was a technical interview with the Project Manager and another team member, though it was supposed to be more people but they had a scheduling mix-up.

- Walk us through your approach to penetration testing for a week-long project.
Information Management Specialist
The recruiter clearly didn't read my resume. They saw I was graduating in May 2020 and offered me an interview, but then told me it was too early to apply. They went over a lot of details about working at MindPoint Group and asked general questions. Then, they said to apply again in January.
