Mobile Developer
The interview process was fairly quick. It started with a recruiter chat where we discussed technical aspects of Unity Engine and C#. Then, the recruiter gave me a task to complete independently and submit the code the next day. After finishing the task, I had to share my screen and demonstrate it in Unity. We tested both standard inputs and several edge cases. Finally, I was told I passed the technical part and would move on to the management stage.

Business Development Manager
The hiring process was super fast. I had a great connection with the hiring manager and the product director, and they moved me through to the third interview in just a few days. I have to say, they've got a really quick and efficient hiring process down. Talking about the UX, capabilities, and how we could get into different markets was really exciting until I met with the CEO. For me, culture is key, and I'm actually glad I didn't fit their culture after more than ten years in the business. The CEO interview felt intense, but not in a good way. Usually, interviews are a two-way street to understand each other's expectations and how well you grasp the organization. Unlike the first two people I spoke with, when the CEO asked about potential improvements or markets to tap into, he seemed defensive and shut down any ideas, insisting the product was already perfect, even though the product person had agreed with the same points in the second interview. No company is perfect, and that's part of what makes them interesting. At that point, I just tried to get through the rest of the conversation. My questions about company culture and how they handle feedback were answered then. It's not a place I'd want to work if collaboration and new ideas aren't encouraged, even during the interview process. This confirmed the fears I had after reading Glassdoor reviews before my interview. I thought maybe it was just miscommunication with the first two nice people, but it turns out the leadership's communication style is indeed an issue.

Mobile Game Developer
The interview process had about 4 steps. First, I spoke with a recruiter for about 15 minutes, and she was very nice. Then, I got a link with some simple questions and a basic code to solve, which took me about 40 minutes. After that, I set up an interview with a programmer. Our first meeting was around 20 minutes, and they gave me a 3-day assignment to create a simple mobile drawing game clone. Finally, we scheduled a presentation where I showed my work on the task.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Can you work remotely?
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process was spread out over several days with distinct steps. I enjoyed all of them; they were clear and definitely challenging. The interviewers were great, always keeping in touch if I had any questions. It took a little longer than I thought it would, time-wise, but it was a good challenge and totally worth it.
- Can you complete a basic programming assessment?
- How are your general programming skills?
- Can you develop a Unity super mini-game?
