It was a good interview process, the interviewer made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel any pressure. I felt really at ease with the interviewer, which helped me relax, and it all went pretty well!

This was the most confusing technical interview I've ever had. The questions felt off-topic and useless, like asking about motorcycles for an Uber driver role. The job was about React, but after two hours of conversation and strange questions, I asked if there were any React questions, and the interviewer said they didn't care about React. During a coding challenge, I was warned against checking Google for a specific function, even though experienced engineers do that. I have over 5 years of experience and have been on both sides of interviews, and this was a very confusing technical interview. I hope the process improves and you embrace change.

For a company that prides itself on being "human", Mindera was disappointing. The first contact with HR was very good, the employee was very friendly. The problem is the second phase of recruitment, where they make you fill out an online quiz about Javascript. The test consisted of an average of 15 questions (LinkedIn style) and then a code challenge. The whole problem was the code challenge. With only 45 minutes they expected an entry-level/junior developer to complete a very difficult exercise for such a short time. I don't see how they measure candidates' abilities with these timed tests. I suggest they embrace more of the "human" side they are so proud of and talk about in the company manifesto, at least by sending code challenges without a timer/projects more in line with the position they are offering.
