The first interview was straightforward. We had a one-on-one chat, followed by an English language test on the computer that wasn't too hard. I'm waiting to hear about the second interview. The company seems to have a good vibe and focus on growth.

It's pretty easy. Just bring your CNIC and CV. The person on duty will guide you to the interview. You might have to wait a bit since there are usually many candidates. The interviewer will ask basic questions about handling customers, your education, or past experience. If selected, you'll be notified by email or phone, which can take a few days to a month. You can also call to check your status.

Behavioral Technical Other

So first, I had this easy interview where they just wanted to see how good my English communication was. They asked me what I knew about customer service and we chatted about my hobbies. After that, they moved me on to a test, which they did right then and there. I scored a 72% on it. The test had me writing a 200-word essay about myself, and the rest was multiple choice, covering English vocabulary and grammar. There was also a part where I had to listen to audio of people talking and then answer some questions about it.
