The whole hiring thing was super quick. I got a call one day and then went in for an interview the very next day. The whole recruitment period lasted about six days, and I actually got the offer just four days after my interview.

The interview process wasn't great. They seemed to mislead about the base salary, stating one amount initially and then changing it post-interview. When I pointed this out, they claimed I must have misunderstood. This was disappointing because the main reason I considered the role was the higher base salary compared to my previous job, even though my previous job was within walking distance while this new one is about 35 kilometers away.

So first, I had this easy interview where they just wanted to see how good my English communication was. They asked me what I knew about customer service and we chatted about my hobbies. After that, they moved me on to a test, which they did right then and there. I scored a 72% on it. The test had me writing a 200-word essay about myself, and the rest was multiple choice, covering English vocabulary and grammar. There was also a part where I had to listen to audio of people talking and then answer some questions about it.

I first went to the reception and handed over my CV and ID card. After about 15-20 minutes, they called my name and put a circled number on the top right of my CV. Then I went upstairs to the waiting room. About 30 minutes later, the HR person called my number, and I went into the HR room. The interviewer was a really nice, calm, and positive person. They started by asking about my previous work experience, then asked about my biggest goal in life, which I didn't answer very well. Next, they asked about my best quality, which I think I answered okay. After that, they asked if I was available for rotation shifts and working on Sundays. Finally, they inquired about my salary expectations and the minimum I would accept. I think I made a lot of mistakes, so I probably didn't get qualified.
