The whole process was super fast and really organized. It had three interviews plus an assessment. First, I talked to HR, which was nice. Then, I got this assessment with mostly logic questions. After that, I had a first meeting with the manager, and it went really well. Then, there was a second meeting where I had to present a task. Everyone on the team was so nice and helpful, I felt really supported the whole time.

The interview process was really great. The recruitment team was super organized, friendly, and made me feel engaged from the beginning. Recruiters and interviewers were supportive, responded fast, and explained each step clearly. I really liked how transparent and encouraging they were throughout, which made me feel confident and valued. The questions were relevant and helped me show my skills and understand the company culture. Mindbody's dedication to its mission and the support shown during interviews made me want to join the team. Definitely recommend applying!

The interview process itself was okay. It started with an assessment that looked at cognitive abilities and personality traits. After that, I had a call with the recruiter, followed by final video interviews with a manager and a team member. While those parts went smoothly, that's when things took a turn. During the interviews, I was told they needed someone to start immediately and that I'd hear back soon after the final interviews. The recruiter called me 1-2 days later with good news, saying they wanted to extend an offer and that she'd contact me on Monday with the final salary details. However, almost three weeks passed before I heard from her again, and my follow-up emails went unanswered. She explained that the hiring manager was unexpectedly out, and the role was temporarily on hold. She then stated they were still interested if I remained interested and available. I confirmed I was, and she mentioned she was finalizing the details and expected to have them by the end of the day. That was the last I heard from her until I received a generic rejection email three weeks later. So, if you're interviewing with Mindbody, be ready for disorganization, misleading communication, dropped balls, and ghosting. Best of luck!
