My first interview was a phone call with HR a few weeks after I sent in my resume. We just talked about why I was interested in the job and some other stuff, it wasn't too intense. The second interview was also a phone call, but it was a bit tougher, with questions about my sales background and hypothetical situations. The third interview was in person with the NA Director of Sales. She was really sharp and asked some challenging questions. The setting was very sales-oriented, just her and me in a quiet room, and she was firing off questions, expecting really good responses. It felt more like a test of my sales skills and resilience than just my interviewing abilities.

Applied online and waited a couple weeks to hear back. Had a phone interview first. Then got an email to come to their London office. They made me wait a bit after I got there before the manager picked me up from reception, apologizing that a meeting ran late. The interview itself was super short, like 15 minutes, and felt more like a quick intro than a real interview.

The process began with a phone interview. After that, I had an onsite interview where I got a tour of the workspace and talked with some of the other sales associates. It was surprising that they were very forthcoming with some of the challenges in the department and made the job sound somewhat unappealing.
