First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mindbody.
Implementation Manager
I had a great interview experience! A recruiter reached out pretty quickly to schedule an initial screening. This person knew a lot about the job and the company, and answered a lot of my questions. Then, I had a second round with two other managers. It was awesome. They asked really direct, specific questions, but they were also friendly and knew their stuff. They were way faster and more professional with communication than most companies I've dealt with.
- Can you describe your background?
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a specific situation.
- How would you approach certain experiences that arise in this role?
Senior Manager
I had a phone interview to start out the process, which was super fun, and the interviewer Sheri made me feel very comfortable and treated me like a person. Then I came in for a first interview and met the Director of the department, and then with the team members, then came back in for a final interview. Overall, wonderful interview process. I got an opportunity to sit with team members.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- In certain situations, what actions would you take?
- What improvements would you suggest?
Management Trainee
First, there was a video interview, then an in-person one with three other people. It lasted about 30 minutes. Everyone was really friendly and asked some great questions. Overall, it was a positive, fair, and challenging experience, but it turned out to be easier than I expected.
- Can you discuss your strengths and weaknesses, and share some of your experience?
