Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen that asked about my background and experiences. After that, I had a Cognitive Aptitude Test. Next, I had a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. The first 20 minutes were about my experiences, skills, and attitude, and the last 10 minutes were for my questions. The hiring manager said I'd move to the final round. The final round was a 30-minute case study with the Director, which wasn't too hard if prepared. The whole process took two weeks, and I got the offer the day after the final round.

Behavioral Presentation Other

After an initial 15-minute phone call, I was invited to an interview at the MB offices in London. I was asked to prepare a short pitch based on a brief, which I presented about 20 minutes after arriving. The first 20 minutes involved many questions similar to the phone call. My 30-minute pitch was followed by positive and constructive feedback from the panel of three interviewers. Then, a member of the Sales team joined for a candid discussion about the company, their role, and the daily 'grind' – a helpful and relaxing change of pace. The interviewers returned for final questions. It was an intense but very positive experience overall.
