I interviewed with them last year and was rejected because I didn't have sales experience. Surprisingly, I got a call back in February without reapplying, asking if I'd interview again for the same role on a different team. This interview was a 2:1 with two teammates and much easier than the first. It had more open-ended questions which threw me off because they were so basic. It seemed okay, not as good as the first, but nothing bad. They still asked sales questions I couldn't answer due to lack of experience. They mentioned they didn't know I'd interviewed before, which was good. I was told I'd hear back in a week or two, but didn't. I called the recruiter, who said they were on the fence because I'd need training. That's weird since they knew I had no sales experience from my resume, the phone screen, AND the first interview! She asked for a few more days, and still no response. I called again the day after Pradnya (the recruiter) said she'd follow up, and she basically said they don't know. I voiced my concerns, and she suggested I move on if I had other options, though the positions were still open. I think it's tacky and unprofessional; I saw a similar review. I don't mind a long process, but don't leave candidates hanging. If my lack of experience was an issue, they shouldn't have called me back for a second interview. I wouldn't accept even if offered; these are bad signs.

The hiring process spanned a couple of weeks. It kicked off with a phone chat with the head of HR. If you passed that, you then had an interview scheduled with a bunch of leads from different departments. It wasn't super long and the questions were pretty easy to handle.

After applying, I got a call from HR for a quick chat about my resume and education. They said they'd send an application but never did, so I had to call them the day before my interview to get it. I guess I should've seen that as a warning sign. The in-person interview was with two team leads and lasted about 45 minutes. They asked about my communication skills, teamwork, and customer service experience. They mentioned having other candidates and would let me know in 7-10 days, which made me think I probably wouldn't get the job. They never even got back to me to say they went with someone else. So if you don't hear back, that's probably just how they do things.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They asked me some sales-related questions, even though the job wasn't advertised as sales. One question asked me to pretend I was selling a pen to an interviewer, which caught me off guard because I was expecting customer service questions.
