Customer Service Representative
I used Microsoft Teams for the interview, which had two separate, unplanned sessions. The first round felt like they were reading from a script, and it was clear they weren't prepared. Because of their lack of structure, we finished 10 minutes early, and I was just left there with nothing to do.
- Can you describe your process for handling emails, given that this wasn't discussed with HR previously?
Customer Support Associate
I found this job on LinkedIn and an internal recruiter reached out. There were two interviews total. The first was a phone screen with the recruiter. The second interview was on-site and involved five people: the recruiter I spoke with earlier, two support team members, and two people to discuss company culture. The recruiter was busy and didn't do the in-person interview as planned. The other interviewers were really nice and asked a mix of technical and personal questions.
- Can you explain how email functions?
- Suppose you had $100,000; what type of business would you establish?
Customer Support Specialist
