It took the recruiter almost a month to call me back after I applied, and I had to get my referral contact to chase them about my application. I had a good first call with a BDR manager, but then had a second call with another manager where we had technical issues, which made it a bad interview. That manager also didn't seem very interested in why I'd be a good fit. I got a second chance though, and the interview went well. They said I'd hear back in 24 hours, but it's been a week with no word from the recruiter or managers, even after I reached out on email and LinkedIn. Super frustrating and unprofessional overall.

Presentation Technical

Had an intro phone call with a recruiter. Then, I had to do a product pitch to 3 managers. After that, I gave a 5-minute presentation on a topic I'm passionate about. Then there was a series of interview questions that I had to record and send in. If everything looked good, I then had to submit my references.

The interview process had 3 parts. First, an initial interview. Then, you had to do a presentation and a cold call. Be prepared and confident. They want to see that you're willing to learn. Dress professionally for the presentation. Do something to set yourself apart.
