The first stage involved a written test and a face-to-face interview on the same day. The written test had three parts: a math test mostly involving figure finding with basic calculations on percentages and population numbers, a translation section where English questions were translated to Chinese and vice-versa, and an essay writing task. After the initial interview, a set of documents was provided for a presentation to be given in a week, which constituted the second round.
- For the essay writing task, name a brand and discuss its advertising strategy.
- During the face-to-face interview, describe a recent advertisement that you found successful.

After applying online, there was a waiting period of about 20 days before the interview process started. The process included a written test which had two parts, each with a 30-minute time limit: evaluating a successful brand and analyzing some statistical reports. Finally, there was a face-to-face interview with five interviewers where they asked basic questions about my strengths, weaknesses, job responsibilities, and industry understanding.
- What other job would you pursue if this one wasn't an option?

There were two interview rounds on the same day. The first round included a math test and a focus group where we discussed our perceptions of brands. If you passed the first round, the second round involved a case study, a presentation, and a one-on-one interview.
- Complete a math test.
- Participate in a focus group to discuss brand perceptions.
- Analyze a case study requiring ad copy testing.
