Behavioral Technical Case

I got into the interview process through campus recruiting and heard back in about a week for an interview. It was a 30-minute one-on-one with someone who held the same job I was applying for. The interview included standard questions like 'walk me through your resume' and 'why Millward Brown,' plus a 10-minute market sizing case. Honestly, it felt easier than many similar interviews, but I think my interviewer was a bit out of her depth. She seemed unsure what to ask, interrupted me mid-answer sometimes because she remembered other questions, and appeared as nervous as I was. This made me more anxious, and while I don't want to make excuses, it didn't help my performance or my impression of the company.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I got a call for a phone interview about a month after I applied. It was pretty short, maybe 15 minutes, and they asked the usual stuff like my strengths and weaknesses, and why I'm interested in research. After that, there was a group interview where we had to do a math test with basic table references and percentage calculations. Then, we were given a case study and had to present our findings individually.
