I got this job through an internal referral after applying online and heard back within a week. It seems like they hire in batches for certain roles. The recruiter called to ask about my availability for shifts and the interview. It was a group interview, and I was told by a friend already working there that they ask the same things every time. You should wear business attire, even though it's pretty casual, to seem serious. The interviewer started by asking questions like 'What is market research?' and 'Tell me about yourself and your experience,' and 'What are three skills you have that would be useful for this job?' After that, they call your two references and ask them to rate you on a scale of 1 to 10 in a 5-10 minute call. The team is nice and good with people, and the managers were laid-back and funny, though some areas were a bit messy.

The interview included a presentation where I introduced myself, the company, and the position. They asked me questions about my background, my future aspirations, and what I knew about the company. It was a friendly and pleasant interview. You just need to read a bit about the company and show you're really interested in what they do and show your passion for it.

I applied online and a manager contacted me to set up a phone chat. It was pretty relaxed and they asked some basic questions about my background and experience. They mentioned a Skype interview and a possible test for the next week, but I never heard back after that.
