So I had this personality quiz interview, it was 8 questions that were logical and mental, and I had to fill out 6 pages. Right after that, I had an oral interview, it was one on one with the manager. They asked me about my background and if I knew about marketing research. Then I had to do the personality quiz again, 8 questions, logical and mental, 6 pages to write. And that same day, another oral interview, one on one with the manager, about my background and marketing research knowledge. And guess what? The personality quiz again, 8 logical/mental questions, 6 pages to write. And on that same day, one more oral interview with the manager, asking about my background and marketing research stuff.

It was quite a unique experience for me. The interviewers were pretty much friendly and helpful during the process. The questions were case or situation specific. The interviewers were pretty enthusiastic about the reasons behind track change as I have an accounting major and now applying for marketing job. Overall, a nice experience!
