Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process consisted of 2 phone interviews and 2 in-person interviews, which was originally 3. It also included a case study where I had to analyze an ad and present findings within 10 minutes, with benchmarks. During the interviews, my resume was reviewed, and I was asked behavioral questions. The phone interviews specifically focused on presentation abilities, analysis, and client service.

Behavioral Case Presentation

So I initially had a couple of phone chats with HR folks, but at first, they didn't have anything in my city. I kept checking their site, though, and pinged them again when a role popped up. After bugging HR a few times, they set up an in-person interview. It was a 1:1 with three interviewers (two Directors and a VP), and it involved a case study and a presentation. The first two interviews were pretty standard, just asking about my background and experience. The case study involved analyzing some Copy Test results for a big courier company, and I had to present my findings and recommendations. The last interview felt a bit strange; one interviewer focused more on my personal life, like what I do outside work or my weekend plans, rather than my past experience. Maybe my presentation didn't land well. I considered telling HR, but I didn't want to make a big deal. The receptionist offered water at the start. HR let me know the next day that I didn't get it. I heard unofficially why, but I didn't really agree with their reasons, and there wasn't much I could do.

It was a tough interview with a presentation demo. You need to show you can present well, persuade major clients, and perform under pressure. Also, show you can solve problems creatively, both alone and in a team. Need to show you can meet deadlines and keep the team updated.
