I was offered a job with Milliman, but they rescinded it after a week. It was completely unprofessional and a waste of everyone's time. The entire interview process took more than two months. Be very cautious if you decide to work with them. Good luck.

I started with a couple of interviews with the agency handling the hiring, then had a 60-minute phone interview with the hiring manager at Milliman. This was followed by a full day of interviews at their office about a week later. I also had some follow-up phone conversations afterwards at my own request. The in-office interviews involved meeting with either one person or two people at a time.
