Technical Group Presentation
The interview process spanned 2–3 days. Day 1 involved an online test with 60 questions in one hour, covering English, aptitude, logical reasoning, and computer science. Candidates who passed this then participated in a Group Discussion (GD). Following a successful GD, a technical interview was held. Those who cleared the technical interview proceeded to an HR round, and finally, a presentation with company heads.

The company called for an interview, but instead of a traditional interview, they conducted a group discussion (GD). I felt I performed well in the GD, but I was still rejected, and I'm unsure why. I suspect it might be because I was sitting next to the hiring person and didn't make eye contact with them, instead looking at other members while speaking.

Applied online via LinkedIn and the whole thing moved pretty fast. HR got in touch after a couple weeks about team fit and then I had 2 calls with people on the team. They asked about my resume and past projects and my long term goals. Got the offer pretty quickly after that.
