First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Milliman.
Technical Analyst
It started with some intro calls and emails to get to know the company and for them to get to know me. Then I had to take an online test to check my technical skills. The next step was a video interview where I talked to four people from the team at the same time. It felt a bit intense with so many interviewers, but they were really nice and made me feel comfortable pretty quickly.
- How would you approach prioritizing when faced with multiple projects and different deadlines?
Pension Analyst
I went through a staffing agency for this role. The interviews were group interviews. We started by pairing up with current employees to listen in on live calls. After that, we got back together and three supervisors asked us questions.
- Tell me about something you enjoyed about your last job.
- What are your expectations for a supervisor?
- What would make you stay with Milliman for at least two years?
Analyst
I got an interview through a recruiter for a graduate position, but unfortunately they wanted someone that could start immediately so it was postponed. Still haven't heard again, but most likely recruiter's side.
- Can you describe the role you applied for?
- What do you know about our company?
- Which were your most liked university subjects and why?
