The interview process is broken down into 3 parts. If you are a campus hire, you can apply through the OCI website and set up your interview. If chosen, you will meet with the campus recruiter for a Campus Interview where they will ask basic questions like why you chose the firm, why you chose audit, tell me more about yourself, and maybe one behavioral question. The second interview is an In-House interview with the HR Coordinator, who will pretty much ask you the same questions the campus interviewer asked. The last interview is with a partner of the firm.
