There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was a screening with HR for basic questions. The second round was an interview with the Partners (Hiring Manager) where they asked questions based on your previous experience and some technical questions about Excel, Payroll Compliance, and Data Analysis. It took them several days to get back to me after the second round, and it was very hard to hear back.

The interview process was a mix of phone and online. There was supposed to be a final interview but it never happened and I got the offer. I accepted. The whole process felt smooth and flexible, which was nice.

The interview process is broken down into 3 parts. If you are a campus hire, you can apply through the OCI website and set up your interview. If chosen, you will meet with the campus recruiter for a Campus Interview where they will ask basic questions like why you chose the firm, why you chose audit, tell me more about yourself, and maybe one behavioral question. The second interview is an In-House interview with the HR Coordinator, who will pretty much ask you the same questions the campus interviewer asked. The last interview is with a partner of the firm.

I had a 45-minute interview on Microsoft Teams. Present were a partner, an HR rep, and a Senior Manager. They mostly wanted to know what I was looking for in an internship and my thoughts on the company after learning more.
